Description

The River Parks Disc Golf Course is the oldest in Tulsa County and among the oldest in the state. Established in 1979, it was a co-host of the 1985 disc golf World Championship and remains a community favorite to this day. Nestled between Riverside Drive and the River Parks Trail, the 18-hole recreational-level course features beautiful views of the Arkansas River, large mature trees, and very well-manicured fairways. River Parks feature a lot more than just disc golf. The 41st Street Plaza received a $2.8 million renovation in 2009 and features a playground and splash pad, public restrooms, paved walking and bicycling trails, rugby fields, bicycle rental, and more. It’s just a short walk from the disc golf course to the internationally acclaimed Gathering Place, which features endless recreation activities for the whole family.
