Description

Schenley Park offers a unique mix of wide open, 250-450 ft. holes as well as a back 9 comprised of short wooded Par 3's. The course is extremely close to downtown Pittsburgh and easily accessible year-round. The park is utilized for other activities, so proceed with caution during the summer months. Baskets - 18 holes, A/B/C pins Tees (Material) - Red: Concrete - White: Concrete - Blue: Natural Course Length - Red: 3,133 ft - White: 4,593 ft - Blue: 5,754 ft Par - Red/White: 54 - Blue: 56  Relatively short course; mostly <250ft holes with a 2 exceptions being #2(537ft), #5(336ft). First 6 are open fairways that take place mainly in the park with #6 leading into the woods. The rest of the holes tend to be fairly wooded and pathways are fairly tight (10-15ft wide fairways). Moderate elevation changes once you get into the wooded areas so be prepared for a brief hike as the holes are short.
