Description

Great variety of shots in a really nice township park. A few open holes for the bombers and a few short fairways that make good use of elevation and trees. Hole #7 is your ace opportunity, but beware - there is roped OB to cross on your way to the basket. Plenty of birdie opportunities for those with a complete skill-set, plenty of difficult roughs and tight fairways that can take their toll on any given day. It's a workout whether you play the short or long layout, but hole #9 returns you close to the parking lot so you can grab food or water, whatever you brought with you. There is a walking path that loops through the course, although it is lightly traveled and there are no blind tee shots toward the path, use good judgement if you see dog-walkers. The course has an active league that is constantly working or playing on the course, good chance you'll run into a league member if you come for a visit. It's a quality course that has hosted the PA State Champs and hosts multiple tournamenets and fun events throughout the year.
