Description
Johnson Hills Park is a somewhat tricky 9-hole course in suburban Cincinnati, covering a decently hilly, moderately wooded public park. The first two holes are through an open field, but the rest are through the woods with a mix of tunnels, tree obstacles, up and downhills, and plenty of interesting challenges. The tees are astroturf, which provide good grip in almost all conditions. The course is very well marked, but does not have many amenities like benches or trash cans. Although it is a challenging course that can punish mistakes at times, it is not too frustrating for beginners. There are plans to expand to 18 holes in the future. *Back 9 has been put in play now
