    This course is on a park that used to be on IBM in Rochester, MN. Recently (2018) the land was sold to a business developer.  The course was built in multiple phases, so nine of the holes have concrete tees, the other nine holes are dirt. There are 9 holes that are pretty open, and 9 that are in a heavily wooded area.
