Description

The 18 hole course is laid out across the agricultural field on the campus of Michigan State University.  Like most fields, it's wide open and windy with patches of trees and a few holes through the back woods.  The course is laid out as best as can be expected in a field, the basket placements are strategically placed to provide as much challenge as possible but due to the lack of obstacles it's not extremely challenging.  Tractors and construction equipment as well as temporary buildings and other large construction equipment are frequent on this course often rendering holes unplayable and the course in inaccessible during the agricultural expo.  The course contains a few swamps and ponds which expand and contract greatly depending on weather conditions.  The course layout does a good job utilizing elevation changes.
