Description
THe Lake Mcmurtry South course is a top caliber course that weaves in and out of wooded areas. The course has tall natural rough and neatly groomed fairways. The wooded areas are technical and require shot shaping. There are both short and long teepads on the course that will make you throw a variety of shots. At times the shorter teepads are more technical. Just like it's sister course onsite, this course finishes with two long par 4's that require you to not only get distance, but place your shots to setup for the next. There is a $6 entry fee to the park but the two courses are well worth it. Since this is a fairly heavy wooded natural area ticks are abundant so bring your DEET.
